Training program for about 422 Master Resource Persons who will train the teachers of primary schools at Block Level to initiate the instructions in English medium in the primary classrooms for classes 1 and 2. This training program will provide the knowledge and skills MRPs need to train primary teachers to teach English effectively. MRPs will learn about the latest English language teaching methods and strategies. They will also learn how to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for your students. Training Coordinator Ms Ranjana Sharma and Co-coordinator Ms. Ritu Puri are providing this training through virtual mode through the resource persons connecting through Google-suit platform.

The Directorate of Elementary Education in Himachal Pradesh has finalized a training module aimed at preparing Master Trainers. These trainers will be responsible for training primary school teachers in government schools across the state to teach English effectively. Over 400 Master Resource Persons will undergo this training, which is set to begin from the upcoming academic session. The objective of this initiative is to enable primary school teachers to use English for general instructions in addition to Hindi, thereby enhancing the overall quality of education. This ambitious program reflects the commitment of Himachal Pradesh to improve educational standards and equip students with better language skills from an early age.
